headache tablets

:help:Can anyone out there tell me what headache tablets i can take. I don't suffer regularly with headaches - but I've recently been on a plane and think I've got the beginnings of a cold ie., scratchy throat and achy limbs, headache etc Just wondered what the best painkiller was to use?

I appreciate any responses!

Thanks

Any Tylenol product is fine for you. The docs just ask us to avoid aspirin and Ibuprofen (Advil) because they can cause irritation of the pouch. And I've found that swallowing capsules is no big deal; just turn them lengthwise and let 'er slide down with a gulp of Water.

Good luck,
