Yes, I love them. My favorite is the coconut and vanilla. Had one this morning with some chopped strawberries.

We were just having that discussion - I bought three since Greek Yoghurt saves me on protein - and I thought they were great. No issues with the carbs - 9 years post op and the extra protein is a bigger plus than the carbs being a problem
