Just had my first fill today.Dr put in 4 cc . How much did your Dr put in for your first fill?

mine only puts in 1.5cc at a time but I go in once every 2 or 3 weeks so far I have 3cc in mine and not really a lot of restriction.

Mine put in 3 cc in a 10 cc band one month later put in 2cc. I was in the green zone with that much...However it all came with time and patience to get the point of eating small bites..eating slowly and almost a 1/4 of what I was used to. Make sure to get all your protein everyday..I haven't been eating all my protein and I'm losing hair. I am now 16 months post op...lost 60 lbs. Good luck

I went in to 2-3 cc increments and liquids for 2-3 days. Slower eating clearly is ideal, yet was deprived of the protein, still needed more. Actually, my wife (lap band also) was having he hair issue sadly (it happens), but we got our vitamins and supplements in order with a protein shake(sip: may not drink all of it) , between meals . I got 2cc but had .5 taken out before I left office. Then 1 and then .5. I'm 4 months out and missed one month of fills due to weather.
