Lapband since 2013

I had the lap band placed in Sept. 2012. I lost 80 lbs. I am a stress eater and boy oh boy have I been eating. I gained some weight back and now I am ready to get back on track. Thanks for your time.

I'm guessing you don't have much restriction? When I'm stressed, my band gets tighter, thank God!

When is your follow-up appt?

I need to make an appt asap.

I have gained 20 lbs :-( .

So frustrated with myself. But Im going to get back on track now.

Having a Lap Band is extremely important to keep on top of the fill level in your band. Get that appointment in as soon as possible. Good luck to you! It sounds to me as though you are doing quite well.
