i have very soft broccoli and spinach…and am seven weeks!!

Are you on soft foods?

Not sure what might be on your plan, but at at 4 weeks I was allowed to have cooked fruits and vegetables (although raw mashed banana was okay).

So far, green Beans, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, tomato, and 1/2 servings of those little no-sugar added lunchbox sized grapefruit and mandarin orange slices have all gone down great for me. Broccoli has been really iffy, sometimes it stays down and sometimes it doesn't.

It's exciting to move through the stages, isn't it? I'm allowed to start transitioning to regular textures today, and I'm counting down the minutes until I can leave work and get to that lettuce in my fridge!
