  1. Revised December 2014 I have lost 20 lbs and not stall for 2 months Could pain meds cause this? I had a a car accident and have had to take them. I have had my thyroid checked everything is OK the Lap Band was a failure and now I feel like I've spent all this money and it's been a failure as well someone please help me understand this
  2. I feel like giving up! Had my sleeve done in Dec 2014. I have lost 20lbs. I am on pain medication due to a car accident could this be why? I have had my thyroid checked....it's fine. I use the fit bit and track. But I do eat most of my calories at night. I'm thinking maybe the pain medication. Anyone experience this
  3. I have not been tracking inches. Booo to me I know. So will up protien and water and see if that works
  4. I was sleeved Dec 29th. I have been stuck at the same weight 3 weeks. So frustrated! I have only lost 20 since the surgery. I did not have much to lose. I was a revision from the lapband. Start 207 now 187. Goal 155. I use the fit bit very easy to track and hit my goals. But the scale.....it's being stubborn! Any suggestions?

I'm like you I have no one here in Naples as far as a support network maybe we could help each other I turned 34 on Tuesday I own 2 businesses here in Naples I have two children and two dogs I am NOT a big exerciser either but we have to now. I am going to join the gym at NCH hospital downtown Naples

  8. Hi to all! I'm 6 weeks post op. How many ounces is everyone eat per meal and how many meals per day? I don't want to eat too much...there are times I feel like I'm eating too much. So how is everyone else handling this. 1/2 cup? 1 cup? 3 4 5 times a day?
  9. I had a hysterectomy about 5 months ago and had my gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago I can tell you that it was more emotional than anything because it kind of threw my hormones off balance but other than that everything went fine

  13. I find when I work out I'm gaining muscle. Keep going and it will start to fall off

  15. I found that to be true last night. I ate too fast and didn't know how full I was until it was too late. I was soooo sick! I never want to feel that way again. It was terrible!

  20. I deal with being backed up often. Up you water in take, walk alot, mix miralax in your beverage 3 times a day until you are regular. It has no taste and works very well with no cramping.
