back pain

Hello everyone

I am almost 5 months post op , lost 85 pounds and I am facing real back pain problems whenever I do some physical work like walking for a fair distance or even sitting in a chair for couple hours , the top left of my back hurts real bad.

anyone else with similar problems ?
