Diarrhea

I'm 4 days out and have diarrhea. Still only one liquids, so is my body just flushing out all the back up? Anyone else experience this? I alrdy talked w/my dr, said not to worry about it...just wanted info

Try some Imodium ad liquid form because you are on liquids , it's liquids in & liquids out , just wait till you start having the trumpet gas LOL you'll find that out later & gas x strips help , so I've heard , good luck.

Totally normal. This will pass along with impressive gas. The first 10 days are a slow process, but then you'll see big improvements. Hang in there and take it easy. The discomfort will go away.

Thx. I sure do hope that this all gets better. Sometimes I get to the point of where I think I made the biggest mistake. I'm praying it gets better

wow you had surgery? I haven't been here in a while. congratulations! having second thoughts is normal I think. I thought the same thing. It's going to take more than a few days to feel well. I took 5 weeks off work and am glad I did. I do a lot of lifting at work so I had to. walk as much as you can. just take it easy. read as much as you can on your band. good luck on your journey.
