Gastric Reflux

I was banded with the old style band in 2004. I have had very few problems. Last month I developed that ball in the back of the throat feeling. I had some fluid removed. Better. For a few days. Had a swallow test. The band and my esophagus look fine. No slip. No dilation. Had the rest of the fluid taken out. Guess what? The ball is back. I don't see my Dr. for 2 weeks. Any advice? Ideas?

  • I already did. They will see me in 2 weeks. I am able to eat and drink so it is not an emergency.

I think you should call your doctor and not wait the 2 weeks.

Sorry you have this issue and I don't know what is going on. Keep us posted as to what is causing the problem. Praying for you Beenpatch!
