Biotin how much are you taking

So just recently I've noticed my hair falling out I'm 3 month out and I was wondering how much biotin are you taking ?

I take 30000 mcg of biotin a day. Lol. Probably overkill but I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY HAIR. Have had cancer and I freaked out about the possibility of losing my hair. I have not lost any except a couple of strands. Actually I lost more before surgery because I was eating like crap.

So just an update.. I had quit taking the biotin and a month later I started breaking out again.. I did some research and saw other people who had Bariatric surgery were having issues with breakouts.. I am going to start taking it again and see if I notice any change
