bowel movements

has anyone had trouble going to the bathroom

and if you do sometimes do you have trouble keeping the food down if you haven't gone to the bathroom

I have trouble getting foods down if they are not good for me as far as bowel movements milk of magnesia works wonders

Eating less food and higher protein, I don't go every day. But I found four ounces of prune juice gets things regular.

Constipation is a big problem with banded folks. I take a prescription med and a stool softener to help me to go. I even see an acupuncturist as well.
