I don't get it

I'm pretty much abnormal by genetics gone haywire. For example, if I can't fall asleep at night I have a mega strong cup of coffee and fall asleep. So I was losing inches. But the inches aren't really coming off at all! My waist has been the same for months!!! T I'm losing though, 13 lbs in the last month (9 mths post op). My ankles have never gotten any smaller at all, they are 9 inches around. I don't understand. Am I one bassacward people???

Nope our weight comes off in weird places. I first realized I was losing because my boobs got smaller. Not my butt, hips, or ankles where I would have liked. To get that waistline and round booty we have to exercise. Otherwise the body just picks oddball places to release fat.
