anyone else exhausted after eating?

Sounds nutty right? But almost immediately after eating I want to lie down and sleep! I did yesterday, for 3 hours! I had ate 3 oz of tuna salad and 15 minutes afterwards I passed out!

Am I the only one? Any cures for this?

    If I overeat, I feel the same exact way. Eyes get very heavy, energy wanes, I feel like I am going to pass out from exhaustion. It passes in about 30 minutes.

    Cut your meals in 1/2. That helps me.
