Surgery date set!

I am scheduled for January 27th ???? 10 a.m. The excitement is real lol. I was concerned about getting my money together for my co-pay. My training coordinator told me that she paid 1600. I was beating myself up cause I set that date cause I was excited and that was the date she said so I went with it.... After I got off the phone I was like "fu*k"...... Today I came up with a bright idea and thought I would call my secondary insurance (caresource) and see if they would cover the expenses that my primary (Aetna) wouldn't cover.... Thank god for giving me that bright idea. They will cover the remaining expenses!!!!! So relieved. I was going to use part of my tax money to pay the co-pay.... Now I can put that money towards a car. God is good! I'm so excited. I had my pre-op appointment today. While I was there, I doubled checked with the insurance coordinator and she said since I had caresource as a secondary they won't have to collect anything from me???? I had my "before photo" taken today. Pre admission testing is on the 13th. That includes: lab work, chest x-ray, EKG, upper GI, Pulmonary and cardiac testing, and meeting with my dietician.
