Swelling

It's been 4 months since surgery. Seem more swollen now than ever..and my scale says I'm up 10 lbs??? Is anyone else experiencing the same??

I look 100%flatter just wish the swelling would go down.

Yeah, so do I. I went back to work this week and my legs are really swollen. I still feel like my belly is a little swollen, and I can see it in my back, too. I imagine I will be one of those people who stays swollen for a year. Hope it gets better for you!

I used 4tbsp of milk of magnesium w / 20 oz bottle of water & it worked wonders w / no cramping
