sleeved dec 31...and OUCH

Biggest problem is the pain. Was converted from band and had a hernia repair. Was released jan 2 cuz I couldn't keep down liquid. Now I'm thirsty but the pain of my incisions makes it hard to want to stay up and drink my fluids.

Also, any advise on all the sweets I'm drinking? Crystal lite, protein shake, sugar free jello....yuck...I'd suck on a steak just for the savory juice!!

@@Brandalyn Drink broth and cut out all the crystal light junk if your getting sweet overload. If you like coconut try coconut water , it's not as sweet and it's a really good hydrator vs just water.

When I was on liquids I drank hot beef broth with steak seasoning added in because I was so sick of the sweet stuff! And the Unjury chicken soup protein mentioned above.

I got a protein additive for my food and drinks that has no flavor. Total life saver
