My surgery was Oct. 30 and I've lost 32 lbs. I haven't run into any stalls yet but I also don't have a ton to lose so mine has been slow and steady over the last 2 months but I am really happy.

Mine has been 35 pounds. With a one month stall, today the scale dropped a pound so just maybe it's over? My surgery was Oct 27th

I was a band to sleeve conversion on October 14th .. I was already down 130lbs when my band slipped. I am now 6 months out .. And have no idea what I am doing . I measure every meal .. I count calories every day . I have not lost any weight since December .. I have gained 5.. Actually I fluctuate between 175..180 .. I worry constantly about stretching my sleeve .. I do not do any carbonation .. Some days I have what I feel is restriction other days I feel none . I just need to know there are other people out there like me. I get hungry I wasn't lucky enough to never feel hunger again . I miss my band but feel like it was more of a crutch than a tool. I feel more normal with the sleeve yet scared I will gain my weight back . Any help or encouragement would be welcome

I was sleeved Oct 1, 14 as of today I've lost 60 pounds my goal is to be between 140 - 150 ish I'm currently at 185 I'll been at a stall for two months I'll go up two pounds then back at 185...my appetite has picked up and I'm struggling to get in my fluids I'll be 7 months on may 1 and I'm going to do my liquid diet to get my weight loss jump started again to see if I can break this stall!!

@@Melissayw816, wow we have similarities. I've lost 59lbs, Goal is 140 but honestly, I may have to tweak the weight as time goes on. My goal is a size 8-regardless of the number on the scale.

I, too, have been struggling with a stall off & on for the last 1 1/2 month.

I'm going to try to work out four days a week and definitely reduce my carbs. Hopefully, I'll see the scale start moving again

I was sleeved 24 October.

GOAL WEIGHT 245 OR 14% Body fat or less.

I am doing well working out getting my protein and fluids in. The only thing is I can not eat ground beef and still working on the tempo at which I eat.
