Getting ready for the big day

I have been approved for my sleeve and surgery has been set for January 20th. I am now going to go through the process of making sure I have everything I need post op. That being said, I did read that lots of folks like the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein. Wondering if there are any others that people really like. I also am wondering what the best mulitvitamin to use post op. Do you use mulitvitamin/mineral combo or separately. Do you take a Calcium and Biotin for hair? Just wondering what everyone's post op regimine is. I am nervous/scared/excited at this point.

Thanks for any info
