3 days post-op When does swelling end?

I had my surgery Friday, Dec. 26th. My belly is so swollen! How many days out of surgery did you start seeing the swelling go down?

    The incisions look great. I am guessing it is gas. I have been taking Gas X once a day. I may need more. It is definitely uncomfortable.

    It's most likely a combination of swelling and gas. Mine took about 6 days to really see the difference. Everything changed after that first week. Now, it's smooth sailin'!
