Adhesions

I am 15 months post op. Doing amazing . Down a total of 123 lbs. overall feel great. Energy good. Can eat anything, working hard on keeping good habits.

However....

Over the last week or so, I have had short but very painful abdominal pain. LActing at the most 2 min, usually less but enough that I start running thru my head what is my next step. It feels like something is twisted or kinked. I am able to walk it out stretch or otherwise move til it stops. It has only happened 3-4 times.

I am thinking it might just be constipation so I took some miralax to move things along. Obviously I need to call my dr in the morning, but I thought I would ask here if these kinked twisted feelings could be more serious.

My guess is that sleeve is quite high in abdomen, and not very extensive surgery that it would lead to adhesions, but ofcourse that just my guess. But you can get twisting of gut even if you did not have any surgery.
