Help with Food Choices

Hello all! I am in need of some food choice help. I am just over 5 weeks post-op and next Thursday I am free to eat with no restrictions. I do have a recommended list from my surgeon but I am struggling with putting a daily menu together. Can you guys post what your typical day is like and what food choices you make? Preferably people who are around the same time frame as me or a few weeks or so ahead. Thank you so much! :)
