Sweet tooth!

Pre op I had the biggest sweet tooth ever I mean I'm a baker for god sake!

So post op I was fine. Not that I'm 7 weeks out its coming back and I haven't been exactly ignoreing it. Any substitution ideas?

I just made banana ice cream and it is delish. Take frozen banana slices,Greek yogurt, peanut butter and sweetener of choice and blend it. You can add some nuts afterwards. I placed it in the freezer and done. Tastes like ice cream. I am going to use pineapples tomorrow to make sorbet for myself . It worked well with my nutribullet.
