Two weeks till my last NUT visit...

...and I have to show weight loss. I have started skipping dinner and drinking a nutritional Protein shake at about 4:30 and another at 6:30. I am single so I don't have to cook for anyone. I see this as a practice run for my two week pre-op diet. It has been hard, I am craving so bad but I know it is head hunger and I am going to have to learn to overcome that anyway. If I drop a few pounds this will be my last NUT visit and they will submit me for insurance approval. I started this journey in August after 3 years of thinking about it. There's that little voice inside telling me that I don't need this, that I can lose the weight on my own. But I have been overweight since I was 9 years old and I have been dieting since I was 12, that voice is lying...that voice is fear. I need this surgery and as badly as I would like to cook up something tasty, I would like to be slim even more. Just a rant...just needed to get it out and on the record.
