I realize you've probably heard this before, but it bears repeating. DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYONE. Those 17 pounds are 17 pounds you weren't able to lose before. A slow, steady weight loss is not

I am 6 weeks post op and have lost 17 lb. I'm getting about 70 grams of protein and 64 oz of water. I go to the gym too. I'm so depressed! I'm 63 and had a low BMI. Any advice?
