...because I don't want to subject everyone around me to it :).

I started out SO STRONG today. I got 30 grams of Protein in this morning - it took 3 hours, but hey, that's more than I got the whole DAY before! Just knew I could get the rest in today.

Got 6 more.

I really tried to finish another shake, honest I did, but I can't. Nearly launched my Calcium, I'm just too full.

Doing better every day, though. Maybe tomorrow will be the day I get everything in. A girl can hope, right?

@@atl921 and @@haleytrim, I'm so sorry you're both feeling bad! Hopefully one of the further-outs will have a good answer for you. I have been quite fortunate not to have much nausea. Could your doc prescribe something like Zofran to you? Maybe just getting it under control once will help get you on an even keel again. I had a prescription for 30 but apparently they're expensive and the insurance company only lets the pharmacy dole out 6 at a time ::eyeroll::.

Hey roundisashape Thanks for your good thoughts. I read somewhere on here that acid reflux could make you feel nauseas and sick. I had to start back taking my Nexium again and felt 95% better still a little shaky from not being able to get in enough liquids or Protein. Yea!!!! Thanks again to all the Vets.

That's awesome! I'll keep that in mind if I start having the same issues.

Last night I messed up, but it wasn't as awful as I expected. I tried the ricotta bake, and I don't know if I ate it too fast, or ate too much, or if I'm just not ready for cheese yet but it went down and came right back up. I was terrified of vomiting, but this was more like, well, a productive burp.

Still not trying to do it again, lol.
