Almost 2 weeks post op and sooo hungry

I am almost 2 weeks post op made myself eat the first week. And now almost two weeks out I am so hungry in between meals. This morning I had 1/4 cup cottage cheese. A half our later a small glass of orange juice with protein powder. And lunch a piece of deli turkey with a thin slice a of cheese (chewed until mush). This is not head hunger, I am genuinely very hungry and can not wait to eat dinner which will be a small amount of cod. Is it really a good idea to go so hungry inbetween or should I have a sugar free pudding or something in between. I know snacks are a big no no so I haven't done it. Not sure how to handle this.

I would suggest that you brush your teeth more often than usual, especially after eating, drink a flavored water like Chrystal light powder sugar free stuff, take a walk or do some other task that you enjoy and lose yourself in.

I too feel hungry, and find that if I keep moving, get out of the house and walk, go to the mall and walk it helps.
