Uncomfortable stomach feeling

Can any long term sleevers tell me if the uncomfortable stomach feeling when eating gets better over time, say 12 mths out??? Some days at 10.5 mths out eating 2 pieces of deli meat and a slice of cheese for brekky makes me get that feeling, replies grateful :)
