Very, Very, excited here after a long-haul getting the pre approval from the pesky insurance companies. The checklist of sleep studies, CPAPs, meeting with dieticians, and phycologist is finally complete and I can focus on on my upcoming surgery on Dec 10th. I haven't been put on a liquid diet at all, just a low calorie diet. I think that will change on my Dec 1st appointment. Good luck to all the December sleevers.

Congrats brianscoob! You've definitely come a long way for sure. I'm scheduled on the same day as well. I totally have butterflies in my stomach everyday. Yesterday when I went to my pre-op appt. and received my check-in time. Kinda felt like time stopped for a second. Wow this is really happening! Blessed it only took me 1 month. From seminar to approval. Good luck to all of us and our new lives ????

This is going to be an epic day Shari71! My nerves aren't getting to me yet but as time gets closer the nerves will most likely pick up. Butterlies are pretty common, see if your Dr can give you something for anxiety on surgery day. I'm not sure how I'm going to tackle Thanksgiving yet, turkey, gravy are probably okay and I'm going to try to stay away from the starches, bread, and stuffing. December 10th is my day as well.Started my 2 week liquid diet today so Thanksgiving will be very interesting for me. I am very excited, nervous, you name it I have probably gone through that emotion recently. Good luck to both of you!
