P18 protein intake

Ok im a lil over 4 weeks post, my surgeon has me taking this pure protein liquid called P18. I really cant stand it!!!! Could I just comsume my proteins with a sake or somethin else. ?!?!?!

    @@EhimyCD I would think you could use an alternative but I won't tell you to go against your DR. I would however tell you to call and ask them once you find something comparable to what they want you to take.
