I use almond milk most of the time, but I've also added it to tomato or chicken Soup. When I mix it with the almond milk I put a few drop of the Water flavor drops that are made my Mio or Crystal Light. I like the creamy fruit flavors. My favorite is the orange.....reminds me of a "dreamsicle".

I love to bake with Protein powder- the unflavored kind can be added to just about anything! Muffins, breads, pancakes- yum! :)

So far I have only mixed mine in with almond milk and frozen fruit to make a smoothie.

I use almond milk right now because we have it here for my kids. I'm not having surgery until the 29 but so far it's worked well.
