Bi polar stomach

I have days where I can eat my 2-3 teaspoons of food several times during day. However, the next day, I can't eat anything without feeling sick. Ate fine yesterday, today my stomach felt full all day and I couldn't eat and hardly drink because I felt too full. Does this happen to anyone else. I am 4 1/2 weeks out

Yes. I am eating normal food now but generally I can't even finish a hot dog, or even half of it. I usually eat about 5 ounces of food and that's it.
