First time eating out

A friend from work wanted to go eat pizza for lunch. I know, seriously? So obv I could not eat that. But I thought about it and said I will find something to eat there...and I did!

A meatball hero parmigiana, hold the bread. I asked for it it be given to me in a to go plate and ate 1.5 meatballs slowly and enjoyed it thoroughly. I packed up the rest and will be eating it tomorrow for lunch.

I had to eat out today too. I ordered soup and only had the broth. A breadless meatball sammy sounds good to me right now. I feel like I'm going to turn into a protein shake. :-)

  • Right now that amount was enough to satisfy me. But im sure that any restriction I feel is from swelling. I'm only a little over 2 weeks out

Nice work! Do you feel restriction enough that the small amount filled you up? I remember you saying your first fill was in early Dec.
