A month and six days after surgery

I feel like I am losing slowly.... what am I not doing? I know I am not drinking my protein.... I started at 260 now I am 238.... I want to lose 100 and fast!

Everyone is different, but I was the same way. Lost slow at first but please get in your protein because once I increased the protein, I am now almost 5 months out and I am down by 83 pounds. Increase the protein and you will see a huge change.

Thanks so much iam starting to go to the gym tomorrow so maybe that will help out and I will be drinking my protein
