Low Energy - No appetite

My energy has been really low today. The doc told me to be active the day after surgery and so I did a few errands and even went to my son's football game. I was so exhausted after that! I think I may have over done it.

Today was the first day I could add shakes to my diet. I barely made it through 2, but I did notice that I perked up a bit after a shake. I was supposed to drink 4, but I just have absolutely no desire to eat anything. I am thirsty so I am staying hydrated, but I gotta try to get up to 4 shakes tomorrow.

  • He said be active, I doubt he meant for you to run marathons, just not to lay in bed, try to get your Protein in, I haven't had the surgery yet, but that's pretty important.

Energy back. Had 3 shakes and 48oz of water and/or crystal light today. I did go to church but took it easy the rest of the day. Feel pretty good.
