Problematic Foods

As a newbie, I want to know what foods didn't work for everyone. I know everyone's different but I wanted to know what particular food just didn't agree with your new sleeve. I'm starting my "forever" diet in a week or so I just wanted some advice on what foods to be cautious towards.

So interesting to read about all the various things that people can't tolerate. For me it's bread and anything fried. I am pleased with this because it makes resisting these things simple as I dislike pain. So much easier than willpower.

I live on mash potatoes because they agree with me... With sone cheddar cheese on them for the protein... Of course about two tablespoons. I am three months out and I've tried things that I don't like the way they make my sleeve feel... Meat does not work for me at all...tuna gets stuck... Some chicken .. Has to be the dark chicken...no pasta... Tried a little.. Horrible feeling... I don't venture out to much from my regular menu because I don't like that feeling of needing to throw up! Alyce
