Eating mushy food

Had my first mushy food today. Had some tuna off a sandwich which was a business lunch. I ate about 5 tiny bites and felt full. I had to remind myself not to eat any more. In fact I think I ate too much. I have nothing in my band so I was surprised I was satisfied with so little. I am only a little over a week out so im sure some of this swelling but I'm thrilled!!!

  • That's great you have some restriction with no fill, but you're right...it's probably because of swelling...so take it easy and take it slow with eating good luck to you!
