Head hunger

My head is telling me I'm hungry. Loudly.

I know I'm not - I literally just now finished my lunch, and my Tum is quite happy. It is not empty and starving

But my head thinks it is

Grrrrrrrr

GO brush your teeth and use mouthwash. The mint flavor will stop your want for food. Sometimes getting the food flavors out of your mouth helps! Hope this helps you! :)

This won't work unless you are at home but I have issues with evening snacking. I've started doing my nails every few days as a distraction. It's hard to stick your hand in a bag of chips with wet nails. It's been helping me so far and my nails look great.

I would suggest using those Listerine breath strips for while you are out!

After 30-45 minutes, start sipping on a nice big glass of something. My doctor told me that, especially early on, when I feel hunger, it's often really thirst. It worked for me - give it a try!

Good ideas! I'll start keeping a travel toothbrush in my desk at work, so I can brush after lunch.
