Pudding to thick

I am 3 weeks post op for my rny and I am on the full liquid diet. Ive been eating mainly soup some blended and put through a strainer others come smooth. I have tolerated everything so far.Today I decide to try pudding and I got half way through the cup and realized I was supposed to mix it with milk and now I'm freaking out. My stomach hurts and I'm scared its stuck and clogging my stomach. What do I do?!
