I get banded on May 29 and just want to get stuff in order.

thanks!:youcandothis:

I am not yet banded, but have been researching supplements and have purchased OneSource Active Kids from Walmart, they are almost the exact same as Centrum Chewable (even though they are technically a kids' vitamin!) which is what my surgeon's nutritionist suggests. They actually have a little bit more of a few minerals in them, and they have choline which Centrum does not. They do not have Vitamin K which Centrum does, but in Centrum it is a small amount. They are in a big bright pink bottle and were $5.27 for 120. This is a price that cannot be beat. They taste GREAT!

I use Viactiv chewables. The come in delicious flavors like chocolate mint and chocolate cherry. It's my little chewy chocolate treat each morning..
