    I was approved in about 3 weeks. It depends on ins. And Dr. Office as to how fast they get your paperwork in. Hope that helps ????

    Thank you! Ugh still waiting! Good luck with upcoming surgery and let us know how you are doing. I go to support groups. Their advice to me is follow the doctor and nutritionist plan and you will have much success. Yippee!

    look in your handbook, it will tell you. or call your Utilization Management and ask them at the insurance. I'm with anthem and it only took 2 days.
