How much are the patches? Do u have to take anything else

The patches cost $19.99

My DR gives me a B-12 injection every 5-6 weeks. Other than that nothing else. At times I cut the patch in half because my body is absorbing all of it and I have too much vitamin D.

I'm 6 months post op I been using multivitamin patches from PATCHmd.com. Just a daily patch. I go for for 6 month following on Tuesday with my nutritionist. Good lord atontor!!! That is fabulous! Did you exercise? Why kinds of things and how much did you eat, generally? Boy, you really motivate me! Thank you! Also, did you swallow or crush pills?

Hi. How are you?

I started the gym after Labor Day. Prior to that I did a lot of walking. I bought a garmin vibosmart to keep track of my movement. As for food I ate a lot of homemade turkey chili with slot of beans for protein . Granola bars have become my snickers bars and sugar free Popsicle are my new treat. I love this.
