Also call them !!!! Most restaurants have nutritional information. Call them and ask them for the nutritional info on what you ate. Then divide it by what you ate of it

Hey guys, my husband and I went to a little chain diner known around SC. The Clock. How in the world do I log what I ate from there? I ordered chicken salad (no bread, no anything, and of course, I have LOTS leftover.). But I have no idea what ingredients they use. ???? I feel kinda dumb asking, but I really don't know how to do this. Thanks!
