After starting my weight loss surgery journey back in April 2014, and having my insurance company merge with another one, 3 months later, tell me I had to wait another 3 months before they would even look at an authorization for surgery, the time has come.. my surgery has been scheduled fro December 3, 2014!! FINALLY!

Yay!! Congratulations!! That waiting is definitely the most excruciating part of this whole thing. Now that I am less than a week away, I realize how much the extra time helped me prepare emotionally and mentally, even though it drove me totally nuts sometimes! This next month will go by a lot faster than you think.

That's exciting! Congrats! The way things are going for me I'm looking at early February. My birthday is February 4th so maybe I'll get a life change for a birthday present
