Scheduled eating?

Does anybody actually follow the waiting a certain time to eat schedule?

My NUT has a sample schedule and I feel like I probably won't use it and just eat when I'm like hey did I eat yet? Should probably eat

I do. I eat breakfast around 7 or 8, first snack at 10:00, lunch at noon, second snack at 3:00 and dinner at 5 or 6. Only "snack" I do after dinner is a cup of tea or coffee :) So basically eating every 2-3 hours.

I don't need to follow the schedule. I found out very shortly after my surgery that going longer than 4hrs does not cause me to get nauseated. But generally I get up, have my protein drink at 6am, then go to work and have a Greek yogurt around 8:30 or 9. Lunch around noon, a snack at 3, then gym, then dinner. Oddly there are all kinds of things I'm pretty lazy about but most of the time is quite easy for me to stick with a food schedule without trying too hard.

I'm a bit lazy too. Just started the puree diet tomorrow and I just don't feel like prepping my meals and it's going to be tough because on Wednesdays I have a 4 hour class with one break so I'm scared I just won't eat at all

Protein pudding. Pop one in your bag for a snack.
