I have a feeling i need to get some myself..i hate that tight feeling that i get from girdles but i noticed when i wrote my surgery band the fat was holding together and moving up...need too wear something

I used shapewear during my loss phase. Maidenform or Spanx tanks primarily. But one thing I found with pretty much all of them is that they smash the girls down which detracts from my waist making me kind of meatloaf shaped. I tried the "wear your own bra" ones, but those pinch like hell! Today, I find I look better au natural. YMMV.

Lipo in a box is the best and comfortable to wear. You can only get it online from their website.

I wonder if anyone has tried one of those waist training bodyshapers.

I had purchased a genie bra body shaping tank post op and have been wearing it since I got home to keep me from messing with the staples (5 days post op). It's not a great fit but it keeps thing from rubbing against the staples.

Check the body suits from JC Penny. They pricey, around $52, but awesome. You wear a regular bra but they suck in the tummy and butt and even have shorts attached so everything is smoothed out.
