Day 4

Ok, still sore and moving slowly. Did anyone else get the sock things that contract and deflate while you are sleeping?

I have passed some gas. I think this is a milestone. Still feel like I have tons throughout my body.

Ok, off to Protein shake with my via mixed in.

Nope. No sock thingies. Curious what that is.

I was also sore and moving slowly at 4 days post op. Still, the more you can walk around and get things moving, the better.

Drink as much as you can, Protein and liquids. In a few days, you will be feeling much better.

The sock things are to prevent DVT. They work like blood pressure cuffs while you sleep.

My shake I decided to do full strength instead of watering down. A little harder to drink. Sip, sip, sip
