since I started my 2 week liquid diet I've had nothing but diarrhea and today is day 3 have headache and feel drained and feel off don't know how else to explain please help me understand

I am also on day 3 of my full liquid diet and I have not experienced any diarrhea. I have heard of a lot of people who do. I do feel drained and my neck is really sore. All I want to do is lay around. Last night I woke up with a headache and the worst leg cramp that I have ever had. I think all of us are different, so we will have different symptoms. Hang in there! You can do this!
