Newbie here! Protein suggestions please!

Hello! I am a October 8, 2014 sleever. I am from Houston, Texas and my doctor was Dr. Brad Waggoner! Highly recommended! The only problem I am having so far is getting all the necessary Protein. I need some suggestions if what everyone else is using! Currently I use Atkins shakes at 11 ounces each and 15 grams of protein. Very yummy!!! I have bought others but they all tasted really bad and would like some recommendations. Have any of you tried the protein Soups out there? What other liquid form protein actually tastes good?? Help!!!!!!

@@slareau Have you tried the premier protein shakes? They have 30g of protein 160 cal and 1g carb. I love them!

Unjury has a protein chicken soup that I plan on using after I have surgery in December. It has 21 grams of protein. Also, I'll be doing the Premier protein shakes too. I've been looking at the Syntha 6 vanilla ice cream flavor too. It has 22g of protein but I'd prefer not to have the 15g of carbs that it has. Good luck and hope to be joining you on the loser's bench soon.

Premier protein shakes are ready made. I am almost 11 months out and I still have one almost every day. Usually I have a Quest bar too - loaded with protein and fiber. White chocolate raspberry - yum. Low fat cheese sticks. Sugar and fat free Greek yogurt. All very pleasant and easy. I am down to size 6 from size 20.
