Hi everyone.

I am 7.5 months out and doing amazing. I am down 98 pounds since surgery. I am blessed to say that things have gone perfectly….. until now. In the last two weeks I have been having pains in my upper stomach region, mostly at night. It is centered right where my rib cages meet at the top. It even hurts when I physically touch it. It tends to happen with dinner which is my biggest (still small) meal of the day. Has anyone else experienced this? I go to see my nutritionist on Friday but I am hoping to get a bit more insight between now and then.

Gall bladder?

I had my gallbladder removed before surgery.

Stomach spasms? Maybe acid reflux? Hope it's nothing!!!

I am having the same problem I have to lay on the couch with a heating pad. I also have a lot of burning . Feel like I want to vomit all the time. Mine started 2months ago. Went to the dr they have me on omeprazole 40 mg 2 times a day and just added ranitidine 300 mg no relief yet. After surgery first 10 months was great went to the gym and every thing now I don't feel like doing any thing.
