4 weeks post op today

I am 4 weeks post op today and down 31 lbs. It's been a long 2 weeks since I hit a stall. The scale has finally started moving again. Dr said I'm doing great. They advanced my diet. I can now eat real food. No lettuce, raw veggies, nuts, Protein bars until 3 months. My dr also suggests no grains or rice or Pasta until goal weight. I'm excited about lean meats and veggies!

I am pleased. I had gotten very discouraged last week. I didn't lose anything for 10 days. However my clothes were super baggy and falling off. I snapped out of it when I was able to buy jeans 2 sizes smaller! This is a process and it's not going to happen at once. I'm trying to not focus on the scale. Thank you!
